Welcome to Aspax House Plans. By accessing or using our website and services as either a buyer or a seller, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Our Services

By using our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when making inquiries, purchases, or submitting listings
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not copy, distribute, or modify our content without written permission
• Respect the rights of other users and creators on the platform

2. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, floor plans, and designs, is the intellectual property of Aspax House Plans or its listed creators. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Purchases and Payments (For Buyers)

• All payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Once a floor plan is purchased, it is non-refundable
• You are granted a non-transferable, single-use license for personal use only

4. Listings and Commission (For Sellers)

By listing your floor plans on our platform, you agree to the following:

• You retain ownership of your designs but grant Aspax House Plans the right to market and sell them on your behalf
• A 10% commission will be deducted from the total sale price of each floor plan sold through our platform
• The remaining 90% will be disbursed to the seller via the agreed payout method
• Seller payouts are processed every Friday at 2:00 PM (EAT) for all floor plans sold during the week
• Payment gateway charges (e.g., Paystack fees) will be deducted from the seller’s payout
• You are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded content is original and does not infringe on any third-party copyrights
• Aspax House Plans will not be held liable for any copyright infringement committed by sellers
• If a seller is found guilty of copyright infringement, they will be permanently banned from listing or selling on the platform

5. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content. However, we do not guarantee that all information on our website is error-free, complete, or current. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aspax House Plans is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, revenue, or reputation.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved under Kenyan jurisdiction.
