Seller Payouts

At Aspax House Plans, we ensure timely and secure payments to our sellers for every floor plan sold.

💸 Payout Schedule

• Payouts are processed every Friday at 2:00 PM (EAT)
• Payouts include all floor plans sold from Sunday to Wednesday
• Floor plans sold from Thursday to Saturday will be included in the next Friday’s payout

📉 Commission & Deductions

• A 10% commission is deducted from the total sale price of each floor plan
• Payment gateway fees (e.g., Paystack charges) are also deducted from the seller’s payout

🔐 Payment Method

• All payouts are made via M-PESA to the seller’s registered number, as provided during account setup

🚫 Copyright Responsibility

• Sellers must ensure that all uploaded floor plans are original and do not infringe on any third-party copyrights
• Aspax House Plans is not liable for any copyright violations committed by sellers
• Sellers found guilty of copyright infringement will be permanently banned and will forfeit any pending payouts.
