Please read the following details carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when purchasing from us.
Floor Plans
Our floor plans are digital products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of these products, all sales of floor plans are final and non-refundable. Once a floor plan is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
We strongly encourage our customers to thoroughly review the floor plan details, specifications, and sample images before making a purchase. If you have any questions or need assistance in choosing the right plan, our team is happy to help you make an informed decision.
Why We Do Not Accept Returns on Floor Plans
Since our floor plans are digital files, they are considered delivered once sent to the customer. Digital products cannot be returned like physical items, and once a file is shared, it is permanently in your possession. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on floor plans, whether standard or customized.
Custom Floor Plans
Custom floor plans are tailored to meet individual client preferences and requirements. As such, they are also non-refundable. We work closely with our clients throughout the design process to ensure satisfaction before final delivery. Please make sure to communicate your needs clearly during the design phase.
Construction Material Products
We stand behind the quality of our construction material products and offer returns for defective items. Our policy covers defects that occur during manufacturing or shipping.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return on construction material products, the following conditions must be met:
- The defect must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase and clear photographs of the defect are required for verification.
- The return request must include a detailed description of the defect.
Once your return request is submitted, our team will assess the claim and guide you through the next steps. If approved, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Used or damaged products caused by improper handling or installation
- Customized materials or products modified after purchase
- Products that have been installed or altered
- Items that are returned without prior approval or without the necessary documentation
Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. If you opt for a replacement, we will ship the new product at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is deemed defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
